Civil Process Service is the delivery of legal documents to a person or business at matter in a civil case. We accept documents from all parties involved in cases, including their legal counsel. The Constable's Office serves papers within a 50 mile radius of Mosheim, Tennessee.

The Constable's Office attempts to schedule all extra patrol requests throughout the week, while also providing for the normal administration of this Office. There may be times where we are unable to service an extra patrol request, we will do our best to inform you in this event. Please provide as much detail as possible so that this Office can effectively manage any issues you may be requesting service on.
